Sea Life Park, located at 4-202 Kalanianole Highway #7 Waimanalo, Hawaii 96795. General entrance fee is $29.99 for adults and $19.99 for ages 3-12 which includes the sea turtle feeding, dolphin cove show,sea lion show and the hawaiian ocean theater
- Sea Turtle Feeding-scheduled feeding for the green sea turtle guest are provided with vegetables to feed per admission ticket
- The Dolphin Cove Show- this is a daily dolphin show.Breathtaking performance where the smartest mammals jump out of the water,flip in the air, toss a ball, swim with trainers and even dance
- The Kolohe Kai Sea Lion Show-the funniest sea lion I've met and he can paint too!
- The Hawaiian Ocean Theater- see the dolphins, sea lion and penguin perform in a humongous open aquarium. My tip, be ready to get WET.
I also wanna share with you our "Swim with the dolphin" experience. For $184.99 my husband and I had the ultimate dolphin encounter which includes 15 min of training/prep and 30 mins of dophin fun.
Ko Olina Lagoon,located Olani St. Kapolei Hawaii, 96707. There is no entrance fee,it is open to public. The only downside is limited parking space. If you want to relax with your family, lay down in the beach and not worry about anything then this is the place for you. I recommend this lagoon specially if you have kids because the water is calm and its perfect for sand castles and snorkeling. These lagoons are man made.It's walking distance to Aulani Disney resort.
Aulani Disney Resort and Spa,located at 92-1185 Ali'lnui Dr. Kapolei, Hawaii 96707.Nightly rate for a regular double queen size bed is about $500 at that time. Most people that goes to this resort pretty much doesn't have to go anywhere else because everything you need is here. They have their own man made coral reef also known as the "Rainbow reef", where hotel guest can snorkel and enjoy the beautiful Hawaiian aquatic life without leaving the hotel.Water slides, lazy rivers, rapids. Just a walking distance to the Ko Olina lagoon if you prefer a more natural water works. Tips tho, bring all your personal necessities like sun block or beach towels because the resort price is double, if not triple the regular price.Luau is hosted every night. Hula lessons and golf for the dads. There is also a scheduled Disney character appearances for the kids enjoyment.

Polynesian Cultural Center, located at 55-370 Kamehameha Hwy Laie Hawaii 96762.Now this one is a bit pricey but a total package.I suggest that you reserve an entire day to visit the Polynesian Center for it to be worth it.We payed about $100 per person for the whole day, including the luau.We started our day exploring the seven Polynesian Islands, learning about their cultures,playing their games, and understanding their way of living.After that we sat around the lagoon to witness the "Canoe Pageant", this experience was awesome because the performers are dancing in a floating canoe, each featuring their beloved island. It's divided into seven Polynesian island consisting of Tonga, Tahiti, Marquesas, Samoa, Aoteroa, Fiji and Hawaii.I remember siting and watching them as they dance their hearts out, telling myself "WOW! I know they do this everyday but they danced as if it's their first performance, one word- passion. It's very educational and on top of that most of the people that works here are students and a big portion of the profits made were given back to community for scholarships.After the canoe pageant is the Luau where we enjoyed authentic Hawaiian cuisine buffet style. We were welcomed with a hibiscus lei and was guided to our assigned sits, and was offered refreshments as we enjoyed the nights performance. After we stuffed out faces, it was time for the evening show "HA" breath of life. A love story about a new life and death expressed in a dance. Truly is the highlight of the day.

Spam Festival, also known as the "spamjam" held every 27th of April at Royal Hawaiian Center ,2259 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu Hawaii 96815.Open to public. One of the most popular annual festivals in Hawaii. The street is closed just for the event. If you are visiting the Island around April, make sure to save some time to join and experience spamjam for 4pm to 10pm.This is a non profit organization, helping to feed the hungry Hawaiian.Benefit goes to Hawaii Food Bank Have you ever tried a spam Popsicle? I have, quite and acquired taste but it's good to try. They also have spam flavored macadamia and spam burgers..... everything SPAM.
International Market Place,located at 2330 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu Hawaii 96815. Open to public, metered parking.If your looking for a place to buy souvenirs, this is where you want to go. You will find the cheapest key chains, T-shirts, sarong etc. Feel free to negotiate your way with the merchants, remember the more you buy the bigger the discounts.
